Shipping
Where we ship
Calico delivers across all of Israel — all 6 districts including the Northern, Haifa, Central, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Southern districts. We also ship to West Bank settlements. Local courier services and Israel Post cover every populated area.
Shipping methods
Local courier
1–3 business days to Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, and other major cities. Door-to-door service, signature optional.
Israel Post
3–7 business days nationwide. Suitable for all regions, including areas without local courier coverage.
Studio pickup
Selected artists offer free pickup directly from their studio in Tel Aviv, Haifa, or Jerusalem. Arrange a time via messaging after checkout.

Tracking & notifications
As soon as the artist ships your order, you receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track any order from My Orders. For local courier deliveries, a live map link shows the driver's position during the out-for-delivery phase.
Insurance
All Calico shipments are insured up to the full declared value of the item. If something goes wrong in transit, we handle the claim on your behalf — you never deal with couriers directly.
Returns & Refunds
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive the piece to request a return. The piece must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
How to return
Open My Orders → select the order → Request return. Tell us briefly why; the artist reviews and confirms within 2 business days. We provide a prepaid return label for free shipping back.
Refunds
Once the artist confirms receipt of the returned piece in original condition, your refund processes within 3 business days back to your original payment method. Bit and bank transfers may take 1–2 additional business days to appear.
Damaged or wrong items
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send 2–3 photos through the chat in My Orders. We escalate immediately — usually full refund or free replacement within one business day.
Not returnable
Custom commissions made specifically for you, personalised items (engraving, monogramming), and gift cards. Each artist may have specific exclusions listed on their product page.
